Hayley Peterson is a co-founder and Project Operations Manager of Nemesys Insights, and a Project Manager for the Center for Advanced Red Teaming (CART) at the University at Albany, SUNY.

 

Ms. Peterson coordinates the implementation of new business ventures and oversees day-to-day operations of red teaming projects. Her work has largely focused on red teaming and in-depth research of state and non-state actors use of chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear (CBRN) weapons, as well as other emerging technologies.

 

Ms. Peterson received a BA in Emergency Preparedness, Homeland Security, and Cybersecurity, a BS in Human Biology, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University at Albany.​
